What is District 5?

District 5 is an inclusive organization that networks and brings together smaller universities' organizations of Southern New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania to embrace, educate and learn about Filipino culture and heritage. District 5 is part of a larger organization called FIND, Inc. (Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue incorporated) where they unify and cooperate with the 9 districts along the East Coast.

Although most of the Member Schools are located in the Greater Philadelphia region, it maintains good communication and working relationship with schools throughout the district. D5 has hosted the 1996 Spring Conference at The University of Pennsylvania, the 1998 Fall Dialogue at Drexel University, the 2002 Spring Conference at The Pennsylvania State University, the 2004 Spring Conference at Drexel University, the 2006 Fall Dialogue at Drexel University, the 2009 Spring Conference at Drexel University, and the 2012 Spring Conference at Drexel University. In addition, many members of D5 have been actively involved in FIND National. In the past ten years, many of the National Director Representatives from District V have held FIND National Executive Board positions.
