Happy Halloween everyone! It’s time for some delicious halo-halo! 🍧✨
In this Halloween-themed GBM, we revealed our new Kuyas, Ates, and Adings while enjoying some halo-halo! Meaning “mix-mix” in Tagalog, halo-halo is an iconic colorful Filipino shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings like jelly, condensed milk, and ice cream. We set up a toppings bar so everyone could mix their own cool combinations. The ube ice cream was everyone’s favorite of course, and our lovely eboard prepared the sweet desserts for all to enjoy!
After everyone got their share of halo-halo, we continued the night with our Pamilya Reveals, where each new Ading (little sibling) finally found out who their Ate or Kuya (big sibling) was and got welcomed into their new fam! There were so many new littles this year—we hope each fam gets to grow closer with their new members over the year! We got to see each Pamilya get a little bit bigger with creative slideshows, funny moments, and caring gifts.
We wrapped things up with our Door Dec and Group Costume contests! Just like last year, Kart won Best Door Dec, surprising her new littles, Yaz and Charlotte! Pretty Fam won Best Group Costume with all their cute little costumes inspired by different Studio Ghibli movies!
