Pistahan 2026!

We gathered at the Hamilton Hilton Garden Inn’s Garden Ballroom on May 2nd, 2026 for Barkada’s annual end-of-year formal event, Pistahan. This year we celebrated with the theme of “Magarbo Sa Manila” (“Lavish in Manila”), with a classy, expensive, and lavish dress code of black and white colors with hints of dark red.

The emcees who hosted the formal program this year were Keilah and Jacob, leading the attendees through a wonderful night full of celebration. Celebrants enjoyed the night with delicious food and stylish photos, as the winners for the raffle and Barkada award were announced, being CJ Castaneda and Abigail Ra (respectively). The highlight of the event for most was the end-of-year video (made by our Documentation Chair: MJ), moving everyone to tears with a heartwarming reflection on this year’s events, along with messages from the seniors and a touching message from our advisor, Tito Abet, who will be leaving Barkada this year.

The senior send-off honored the graduating seniors for their impactful contributions to Barkada and the TCNJ PAA community as a whole. President Aryanna Caronan reflected on her time as a leader in her final presidential address, as she expressed gratitude to Barkada and everything it has done for her. Following was the transition from the Old to the New Eboard in the Passing the Torch ceremony. To conclude, the rest of the night was filled with lively music and dancing, along with more pictures, as Barkada celebrated the end of the academic year and the commemoration of Pistahan 2026.
